  91.     SPORTSMAN agrees that that he will conduct all hunting in 
  92. strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the laws of 
  93. the State of @309, and further that SPORTSMAN will indemnify and 
  94. hold harmless OWNER harmless from any and all activities and the 
  95. results thereof in violation of such laws and regulations.

  98.     In the event that the activities of SPORTSMAN result in 
  99. damage to property or personal injury, SPORTSMAN shall indemnify 
  100. and hold OWNER harmless from any claims resulting therefrom.

  102.     SPORTSMAN shall provide at his own expense all necessary 
  103. permits for the same. In the event that the hunting contemplated 
  104. cannot take place due to regulatory changes, HUNTER may select 
  105. another lawful type of hunting in place of the designated game. 
  106. In the event that no hunting is practicable or possible, 
  107. SPORTSMAN shall not be entitled to a refund of any license fee 
  108. paid.

  111.     Should the context so require "hunting" shall be inclusive of 
  112. fishing, trapping and target shooting.

  118.     In consideration of the rights granted herein, SPORTSMAN 
  119. agrees that the hunting activities permitted herein are at 
  120. SPORTSMAN's sole risk.  This license is personal and non-
  121. transferable, and SPORTSMAN agrees to require any other joining 
  122. in hunting with him to execute such license forms as OWNER may 
  123. deem necessary to bind them to this agreement.
